Jaded in Crystalization

Seams of ice cover the skin
Won't feel the stick of another pin
Another pin to penetrate the crystals
Another prick; running through the thistles
One-way is cold; the other is pain
Another is darkness; another will drain...

Jaded in crystallization
Beat more with penetration
Cold icy winds and the feeling of pins
Thistles of ice; am I paying a price?
Leave me in my blue, where nothing's ever new...

I can't move in this cold embrace
I don't know how to leave this place
I can't go, I am the prey
Watching the flakes as I lay
So peaceful, watching the flakes fall
Bury me in the white and cover me all

Jaded in crystallization
Ruined by penetration
Cold icy winds and the feeling of pins
Thistles of ice and numbness so nice
Leave me in my world of white
Where coldness takes another bite

Bright icy world where nothing thaws
It shimmers, shines, and consistently gnaws
Freezing claws come up from the ground
Again that slithery sinister sound
Take me down, I want to melt
Wishing I had never felt

Jaded in crystallization
Broken by penetration
Cold icy winds and the feeling of pins
Thistles of ice, Am I paying a price?
Jaded and isolated in an invisible sheen
Faded and hoping for an impossible dream
