Addiction - by Noctuary

I hate the fact that I am never alone

That you are there in my daylight hours

You invade my dreams

Even when they are not about you

But they are always about you

I have no peace

No sense of myself

I don’t remember life before you

Me, before you

There is a space between daylight and sleep

Where you don’t exist

I take my first breath

And you are there
