I just got into a little discussion in World of Warcraft's trade chat about drugs. Yeah, I know. Trade chat channel. It's not for discussions. One was raging on, so I jumped in. Want to know why I think people who say alcohol is terrible and blah blah blah are fucking retarded? And that goes for weed and most other things too? Here's the argument I used.
them: Alcohol is terrible. It caused my dad to almost lose his life.
me: I suppose over indulgence played a part in it?
them: yes, there was way too much alcohol involved
me: ok, so that's the dumbass's fault, not the alcohol.
them: no if alcohol didn't exist they wouldn't have done what they did.
me: ok, so cake shouldn't exist either.
them: when did cake come into this?
me: you eat too much cake, you get too fat, you die of a heart attack. you drink too much alcohol, you become impaired, shit happens for one reason or another and someone dies. use your head, live longer. it's not the alcohol or weed or handjob's fault.
